Seas 7 to 10 feet (2.1 to 3.0 meters). Brisk winds and moderate to high northeasterly/easterly swells.

Instructions

Small Craft: Hazardous to all small craft. Very high risk of capsizing, swamping, or being driven aground. Avoid venturing out to sea. Sea Bathers: Dangerous breaking waves at the coast and strong, unpredictable rip currents. Stay away from hazardous areas along the coast with notable rough seas.
