Rough seas are accompanied by brisk winds which will adversely affect small craft operations and cause difficulty for  sea bathers. Vessels docked at their various  locations may be damaged if not secured properly. Areas that will be most impacted are low lying areas as well as areas prone to landslides and falling rocks. Gusty winds are expected in the vicinity of heavy downpours. This system has a high potential for heavy rainfall, thunderstorm activity, and gusty winds. Heavy rainfall is expected to lead to localized flooding, particularly in low lying and flood prone areas.  Traffic disruptions expected due to poor visibility and water accumulation on roads. Gusty winds may cause loose objects to become airborne as well as damage to weak structures and trees.
